Jock : Building A Train Network For The Future : At the end of April 2021, I had the chance to fly to Melbourne to extend the photographic project coverage and I encountered some interesting individuals along the way.

My first encounter was a worksite manager called Jock who was in charge of the new urban transportation development project working underground, aiming to improve infrastructure and public transportation. Daniel Andrews says, “Victorian passengers will benefit from an extra 450 train services every week under a timetable redesign which will boost capacity and seize the benefits of the Victorian Government’s major transport infrastructure projects.” It was a moment in the state's history told by capturing an individual involved in a significant project.

“Trivi” - The Belt-Smith : During a brief wander through the Queen Elizabeth Markets, I encountered a man who has been making handcrafted belts for Victorians for many years.

His craft and skill astounded me, as he was in action constructing another man's order. I asked if I could take some images of him working and he was thrilled I asked him. I was able to get some pretty nice portraits of him holding his tools, capturing the essence of his profession and character.

Anonymous Covid Vaccine protestor - Near Melbourne Museum : The central vaccination centre in Melbourne were actively immunising the Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccine to the public.

A protestor against the movement had some strong opinions about getting vaccinated and the health implications he believes that would affect the public and generational implications. His partner’s story was something that I recorded based on professional health information as she announced vividly in front of the public and myself.
